Friday night we went into Boyne to Boyne City Brewery for supper. Kurt and I had perch which was almost as good as Walley’s. That is saying something!
Saturday morning Kurt and I hiked the Whiting Park loop. A very nice hike!
After our hike we headed to Charlevoix. I wanted to stop at the fish market for whitefish.
Well worth a stop!
Charlevoix was crazy busy! So instead of trying to find a place to park - we headed out of town and went to Spare Key winery. A nice little spot with descent wine.
Following our wine tasting, we went to the lavender farm. It was beautiful and I can only imagine it would have been more beautiful a month earlier!
I also never knew the many things you can make from lavender!
Of course I had to buy Lavender Gin!
Sunday, we “went” to church online. After church, we all went for a hike.
We had a relaxing day and then made our whitefish for supper. So fabulous! Forgot to take a pic…
