February 12, 2022 - New Orleans

 We headed for the day to New Orleans.

We went to Mamba's for dinner and had a New Orleans sampler. Wow! So good! The stews were delish and the fried catfish was the best I've ever had! I usually don't like fried, but this was excellent with just a bit of spice.  And the catfish was flakey and sweet.

After dinner we ordered a hurricane and walked the streets enjoying the sites and sounds.  We ran into a little parade and caught some beads.  No - I did not show anything to get the beads.  

After our time in New Orleans, we headed back to the camper to do laundry. We ran out of quarters, so not everything was dry - so we sat among the shirts,towels, undies and pants. Haha!
